In this post, I want to introduce you to my good friend and partner, Brian Hirschy. Brian is the other half of Plateau Photo Tours, the photography workshop company that we co-own. Brian is a well respected and gifted travel photographer who is also based on the Tibetan Plateau. I met Brian in 2005 when we worked together for an NGO assisting in an education project among Tibetan adults. Since then, he and I have become very good friends and have traveled together extensively through Kham, Lhasa and all along the Friendship Highway. Brian's travel photogrpahy adventures have also led him across China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia.
If you are interested in excellent travel photography, check out Brian Hirschy.

Beautiful photos and a great blog. It's nice to see a blog on Tibetan culture and travel that doesn't descend into politics. I enjoyed the post about Tibetan food. Is there any chance of future posts on Tibetan food culture?
Keep up the good work. I've added a link to this blog from my blogroll. :)
